A. 
Members of the Department shall not engage in any extradepartmental employment, profession, occupation or business that may cause physical exhaustion to members making them unable to perform their department duties.
B. 
Members engaged in off-duty employment shall not use official uniforms or equipment in performing any off-duty employment or contract for off-duty employment while on duty or when wearing the uniform at any time, except with special permission of the Fire Chief.
C. 
Notification of off-duty employment shall be given to the Fire Chief, in writing.
