§ A128-2 Fee schedule established.

A. The following fee schedule is hereby adopted.

(1) Building permits: $60, plus $3 per thousand of construction over $2,000.

(2) Zoning permits: $60, plus $3 per thousand of construction over $2,000

(3) Demolition permits: $75.

(4) Inspection fees: 15% above inspection agency.

(5) Tool / tent sales: $150.

(6) Business occupancy permit: $50.

(7) Land development: $175, plus engineering fees.

(8) Subdivision: $75 per lot.

(9) Major subdivision: $300 first lot; $25 for each additional lot; plus engineers' cost.

(10) Junkyard license, to be allocated for the type of activity conducted within the yard (recycling, scrap or salvage):

(a) One activity: $200.

(b) Any two activities: $300.

(c) All three activities: $400.

(11) Sewer tap: $750.

(12) Sewer surcharge: $8 per thousand gallons of usage.

(13) Vacating alleys and streets: $350.

(14) Variance from Zoning Hearing Board: $400.

(16) Trailer park permits: $75 per year, plus $20 per trailer.

(17) Road occupancy permits: $125.

(18) Driveway permits: $125.

(19) Timbering permits: $150.

(20) Mining permits: $500.

(21) On-lot sewer permits: $600.

(22) Inspection of Township roads that are to be bonded:

(a) For each road to be inspected, including the before-bonding and the after-bonding inspection: $95.

(b) Intermittent inspections of bonded roads (if required): $49.50 for each additional inspection.

(23) Food truck permit: $25 annual fee.

(24) Floodplain management permit: $50.

B. Any violations of required permits will result in fees being doubled.

§ A128-3 Replacement or amendment of schedule.

This schedule may be replaced or amended at any time by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
