The Council of the City of Lower Burrell intends to comply with
the requirements of state law by adopting 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 6309.2
by local ordinance.
Pennsylvania Vehicle Code 75 Pa.C.S.A. § 6309.2 is
hereby adopted by the City of Lower Burrell providing for immobilization
of vehicles and towing and storage of vehicles.
The vehicle operator/owner shall be responsible for all costs
associated with immobilization and/or towing and storage of the vehicle.
