The Board of Review of the Village shall be composed of five
members. The members shall be appointed by the Village President,
subject to confirmation of the Village Board, for staggered three-year
terms. The year of appointment to be as follows: one member for one
year, two members for two years and two members for three years. The
Village President shall designate one of the members Chair.
The members of the Board shall receive such compensation as
the Village Board shall designate from time to time.
