No person shall bathe, swim or enter the Milwaukee River within
or adjacent to any public park in the Village; nor shall any person
bathe, swim or enter the Milwaukee River from any public bridge or
dam located in the Village; nor shall any person bathe, swim or enter
the Milwaukee River from any public dump or public grounds in the
Village.
