In addition to requirements of N.J.A.C. Title 5, Chapter 17,
the Lead Hazard Evaluation and Abatement Code, all repainting shall
be completed prior to occupancy or issuance of certificate of occupancy.
The Health Officer shall make a final inspection prior to an occupancy
upon application by the responsible owner or superintendent of the
premises.
