Commencing at the N.W. corner of the N.W. 1/4 of Section 24
Town 10 N., Range 21 east, thence east along the north line of said
Section 24, 190.8 feet which is the point of beginning of the parcel
of land to be described: Continuing thence east along said section
line, 470 feet to a point, thence south and parallel with the west
section line 24 to a point 508.75 feet, thence west 470.0 feet to
a point, thence north 509.10 feet to place of beginning. Said parcel
lies within Section 24 of the Village of Grafton and contains approximately
five acres of land.
