[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Grafton as Title 13, Ch. 13.32, of the 1979 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
No fences or enclosures around lots shall be permitted.
Graves shall not be raised above the level of the lot.

A. 
Sections A through E: Not more than one monument or marker, with the exception of approved war or service markers, may be located on any lot. No monument or marker may exceed two feet in height, and the base area of such monument shall not exceed 20% of the lot area. All monuments and markers shall be of bronze, granite or marble, and no vertical joints therein shall be permitted. All foundations for monuments and other structures must be of sufficient depth and stability to support the proposed structure.
B. 
Sections G through M: Not more than one memorial monument or marker may be located on any lot, with the exception of approved war or service markers. All memorial monuments and markers shall be of flush bronze, granite or marble type. All foundations for memorials or markers must be of sufficient depth and stability to support the proposed memorial or marker.

Sections A through E: Lot owners shall have the right to cultivate trees, shrubs and plants within the lot of such kind or size which do not interfere with adjoining lots. Winter decorations may be maintained on graves from November 15 until March 15 of the next year. Owners shall not change the grade of any lot, nor interfere in any way with the general plan of landscaping the cemetery.
B. 
Sections G through M: Lot owners shall have the right to place one vase or wreath. The cultivation of trees, shrubs and plants within the lot is prohibited. Winter decorations may be maintained on graves from November 15 until March 15 of the next year. Owners shall not change the grade of any lot, nor interfere in any way with the general plan of landscaping the cemetery.

The Superintendent may enter upon any lot and remove any shrub or tree which is deemed detrimental to the cemetery or to adjoining lots, or unsightly, diseased or inconvenient to the public. He may also enter upon any lot and make any improvement deemed for the advantage of the grounds. A spring cemetery cleanup is performed in late winter or early spring. A fall cemetery cleanup is performed in late October or early November.
