Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Code, the statutory provisions in Chs. 340 to 348, Wis. Stats., describing and defining regulations with respect to vehicles traffic, exclusive of any regulations for which the statutory penalty is a fine or term of imprisonment, are adopted and by reference made a part of this Code as if fully set forth herein. Any act required to be performed or prohibited by any regulation incorporated herein by reference is required or prohibited by this Code. Any future amendments, revisions or modifications of the statutory regulations in Chs. 340 to 348 incorporated herein are intended to be made a part of this Code in order to secure to the extent legally practicable uniform statewide regulation of vehicles, traffic on the highways, streets and alleys of the State of Wisconsin.

There are also adopted by reference, as amended, the following
provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes, exclusive of any provisions
therein relating to penalties to be imposed:

A.
For a juvenile adjudged to have violated an ordinance, the Municipal
Court is authorized to impose any of the dispositions listed in §§ 938.343
and 938.344, Wis. Stats., in accordance with the provisions of those
statutes, as amended.
B.
For a juvenile adjudged to have violated an ordinance who violates
a condition of a dispositional order of the Court under § 938.343
or 938.344, Wis. Stats., the Municipal Court is authorized to impose
any of the sanctions listed in § 938.355(6)(d), Wis. Stats.,
in accordance with the provisions of those statutes, as amended.
C.
This section is enacted under the authority of § 938.17(2)(cm),
Wis. Stats., as amended.
