In the interest of public safety and pursuant to the provisions of § 66.0905, Wis. Stats., there are hereby designated pedestrian-only areas within the Village of Grafton. No motor vehicles, with the exception of those outlined in § 10.22.010B of this chapter, shall be permitted in the following areas:
A.
On Twelfth Avenue from its intersection with Wisconsin Avenue and
Bridge Street to a point 215 feet south of said intersection.
