§ 10.32.010 Stop intersections.

§ 10.32.011 Traffic signals.

Motor vehicles shall obey the traffic signals at following locations:

At the intersection of Washington Street and Twelfth Avenue

At the intersection of Washington Street and Seventeenth Avenue

At the intersection of Washington Street and Cheyenne Avenue

At the intersection of Washington Street and First Avenue

At the intersection of Washington Street and Grafton Avenue

At the intersection of Washington Street and Port Washington Road (CTH W)

At the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and Falls Road

At the intersection of Wisconsin Avenue and First Avenue

Falls Road and the private entrances 150 east of Highland Drive

§ 10.32.015 Stop signs on private property.

Motor vehicles shall come to a complete stop pursuant to stop signs erected on private property on the following streets:

A. Manchester Plaza Shopping Center and Grafton State Bank.

1. Grafton State Bank property northwest driveway, 220 feet east of First Avenue, exit onto Falls Street.

2. Grafton State Bank property northeast driveway, exit onto Falls Street, 486 feet east of First Avenue.

3. Manchester Plaza Shopping Center property southwest driveway, 728 feet east of First Avenue, exit onto Falls Street.

4. Manchester Plaza Shopping Center property northeast driveway, exit onto Falls Street, 910 feet east of First Avenue.

5. Manchester Plaza Shopping Center property east entrance, exit onto Wisconsin Avenue, 444 feet south of Falls Street.

6. Manchester Plaza Shopping Center property southwest entrance 364 feet east of First Avenue, exit onto Oak Street.

7. Manchester Plaza Shopping Center property southeast exit, 628 feet east of First Avenue, exit onto Oak Street.

8. Oak Street Commons property southwest exit, 156 feet west of Wisconsin Avenue on Oak Street.

1. Corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Falls Street, entrance to rear of Plaza Shopping Center and entrance to First Financial Bank, location northeast corner;

3. On private road exiting from Twin City Plaza Shopping Center on the Falls Road.

C. Grafton Elementary and Grafton High School Area.

1. Grafton Elementary property west driveway entrance onto Seventeenth Avenue, 354 feet north of Washington Street.

2. Grafton Elementary property south exit, 572 feet east of Seventeenth Avenue.

3. Grafton High School property southwest exit, 1,322 feet east of Seventh Avenue, exit onto Washington Street.

4. Grafton High School property southeast entrance, exit onto Washington Street, 1,624 feet east of Seventeenth Avenue.

5. Grafton High School property far eastern access driveway onto Washington Street, 1,943 feet east of Seventeenth Avenue.

D. Woodview School Area, rear of John Long Middle School, Fifth Avenue.

1. Entrance to Woodview School, also rear of John Long Middle School, Fifth Avenue, 624 feet north of Hickory Street.

E. Cedar Creek Road at Milwaukee Railroad crossing, 206 feet west of Highway 0.

F. Shopko and Pick and Save Shopping Center.

1. Shopko property entrance onto Wisconsin Avenue, 500 feet north of the northwest corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Falls Road.

2. Shopko property entrance onto Highland Drive, 665 feet north of the northeast corner of Highland Drive and Falls Road.

3. Pick and Save property entrance onto Falls Road, 140 feet east of the northeast corner of Falls Road and Highland Drive.

G. John Long Middle School property entrance onto Hickory Street, 605 feet east of the northeast corner of Hickory Street and Fifth Avenue.

§ 10.32.018 Restricted turn areas.

A. Left turns are prohibited for southbound traffic on Pine Ridge Court at its intersection with Columbia Road.

B. Right turn only is allowed from Thirteenth Avenue onto Washington Street from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

§ 10.32.020 Yield intersections.
