There shall be van-accessible parking, as defined by the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA), within the following public right-of-way

a total of 34 feet in length.
No vehicle, camper or trailer shall be parked for more than
48 hours on any street.

A.
When signs are erected in any block giving notice thereof, no person
shall park a vehicle for longer than the period hereinafter specified
at any time between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Fridays only from April
1 through November 30 on the following streets:

No truck parking.
1.
No motor truck shall be parked on the north side of Bridge Street
between Eleventh Avenue and Twelfth Avenue.
2.
There shall be no motor truck parking at any time on the west
side of Wisconsin Avenue from the south curbline of Bridge Street
to 66 feet south of the south curbline of Bridge Street.
3.
There shall be no motor truck parking at any time on the north
side of Bridge Street from the corner of Thirteenth Avenue proceeding
west 75 feet.
4.
There shall be no motor truck parking for motor trucks over
10,000 pounds on Beech Street from Eleventh Avenue to 60 feet west
of Eleventh Avenue.
5.
There shall be no motor truck parking at any time on the south
side of Washington Street from the west curbline of Eleventh Avenue
to the Wisconsin Central Railroad.
6.
There shall be no motor truck, light truck, or van parking at
any time on the west side of Eleventh Avenue from the south curbline
of Bridge Street to 55 feet south of Bridge Street. For the purposes
of this section, "light truck" means a motor truck, including a pickup
truck, panel delivery truck, or carryall truck, that has a manufacturer's
rated carrying capacity of 10,000 pounds or less.
C.
Parking of mobile recreational vehicles on Village streets.
1.
Temporary permit required. No person shall park any mobile recreational
vehicle or trailer on any Village street, alley, highway, public right-of-way,
or Village off-street parking lot in a residentially zoned area for
a period in excess of two hours unless he possesses a temporary permit.
In no case may a person inhabit a mobile recreational vehicle overnight
unless he has obtained a temporary permit, and in no event shall a
mobile recreational vehicle be parked in or inhabited in a Village
park after the park's official closing hours. Temporary permits will
not be issued during winter parking restrictions from December 1 to
April 1.

MOBILE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE
MOTOR TRUCK
TRAILER
Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall
have the meanings indicated:
Any trailer or recreational vehicle designed for camping
or travel use, regardless of the vehicle's size or weight. "Mobile
recreational vehicles" also includes, but is not limited to, motor
homes, travel trailers, pickup trucks with attached camping units,
house trailers, mobile homes and private coaches and converted buses.
Every motor vehicle designed, used, or maintained primarily
for the transportation of property.
Includes, but shall not be limited to, boat trailers, snowmobile
trailers, motorcycle trailers, car trailers, general hauling trailers,
semitrailers, and any other enclosed or unenclosed hauling-style trailer.
To qualify as "mobile recreational vehicle," the trailer must be equipped
with axles and tires that enable it to be towed/moved under its own
power by another vehicle. Any equipment must be appropriately attached
to a vehicle capable of carrying it.
3.
Permit application. A temporary permit may be obtained from
the Village of Grafton Police Department where there is no alternative
parking available. Such permit shall be valid for a period of not
more than seven consecutive days. Temporary permits may be received
up to three times per year and may provide for parking up to a maximum
of 21 days in any calendar year. Under no circumstances shall a permit
be granted allowing parking of mobile recreational vehicle or equipment
in parking lots adjacent to or included in Village parks.
4.
Enforcement. In addition to enforcement by law enforcement officers
acting pursuant to statutory authority, any adult citizen may request
enforcement for violation of this chapter by filing a written complaint
with the Village Police Department, setting forth the specific dates
and approximate times of the alleged violation. Municipal vehicles
or agents of the Village are exempt.
