[HISTORY: Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Grafton as Title 10, Ch. 10.56, of the 1979 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
No person shall erect, construct, maintain or use any semitrailer, operative or inoperative, in the Village for the purpose of storage, warehousing or location for the operation of any business in the Village. This section shall not apply to any parking in a properly zoned area for temporary periods while awaiting unloading.
Any person violating any of the provisions of § 10.56.010 shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $10 nor more than $200, together with the costs of prosecution, and in default of payment thereof shall be imprisoned for a period of not less than one day or more than six months until such forfeiture and costs are paid. Each day that such violation is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense.
