No person shall cause exterior roof drains, foundation drains,
sump pumps, or any other water from private property to discharge
onto any street, alley or sidewalk in such a manner as to cause accumulation
of water or ice on such street, alley or sidewalk. Upon recommendation
of the Director of Public Works, the Village Board may direct that
exterior roof drains, foundation drains, sump pumps, or any other
water from private property be connected to storm sewer mains.
