The speed limit for both directions of traffic along the street
or parts thereof described in Schedule - Speed Limits, on file in
the Town Clerk’s office, is hereby established at the rate of
speed indicated, as authorized by New York State.
The intersections described in Schedule - Stop Intersections,
on file in the Town Clerk’s office, are hereby designated as
stop intersections. Stop signs shall be installed as provided therein.
All trucks in excess of four tons’ in weight are hereby
excluded from all Town roads, except for the pickup and delivery of
materials on such roads, with the exception of the roads or parts
of roads described in Schedule - Road Weight Exceptions, on file in
the Town Clerk’s office.
