A.
A garage/yard
sale shall be defined as a sale of used household or personal articles
(such as but not limited to furniture, tools, or clothing) held on
the seller's own premises.
B.
No
more than three (3) garage sales may take place at one (1) residential
premise during any calendar year. Each garage sale shall be limited
to no more than the daylight hours of three (3) consecutive days.
Individual sales must be thirty (30) days apart.
Exceptions: Garage sales taking place during the "City-Wide
Garage Sale" shall not be considered in the above mentioned limits.
