A.
Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.0217(8), Wis.
Stats., and the Petition for Direct Annexation filed with the Village
Clerk-Treasurer on the 12th day of November, 1993, signed by all the
owners of Real Property in which no electors reside in the Town of
Mt. Pleasant, Green County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of
Monticello, Wisconsin:

Lots One and Two of Certified Survey Map No. 785, recorded in
Volume Two of Certified Survey Maps of Green County on page 361, being
part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
Seven, Town Three North, Range Eight East (Mt. Pleasant Township),
Green County, Wisconsin.

B.
Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this Section the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Monticello for any and all purposes provided by law and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Monticello.
C.
Zoning classification. The territory annexed to the Village of Monticello
by this Section is temporarily designated to be part of the following
district of the Village for zoning purposes and subject to all zoning
provisions set forth in the Code of Ordinances for the Village of
Monticello: Commercial District.
A.
Territory annexed. In accordance with § 66.0217(8), Wis.
Stats., and the Petition for Direct Annexation filed with the Village
Clerk on the 21st day of August, 1996, signed by all the owners of
Real Property in which no electors reside in the Town of Mt. Pleasant,
Green County, Wisconsin, is annexed to the Village of Monticello,
Wisconsin:

Beginning at the SW corner of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
7, Township 3 North, Range S East, thence East 422 feet; thence North
to the center of state highway crossing said section; thence along
center of said highway to the West boundary of said section; thence
South along the West boundary of said section to the place of beginning,
subject to public highways (Parcel 1, Volume 423, Page 34, Green County).
The property is approximately 4.00 acres.

B.
Effect of annexation. From and after the date of this section, the territory described in Subsection A shall be part of the Village of Monticello for any and all purposes provided by law and all persons coming or residing within such territory shall be subject to all ordinances, rules and regulations governing the Village of Monticello.
C.
Zoning classification. The territory annexed to the Village of Monticello
by this Section is temporarily designated to be part of the following
district of the Village for zoning purposes and subject to all zoning
provisions set forth in the Code of Ordinances for the Village of
Monticello: Agriculture District.

B.
Effect of annexation. by this Section is temporarily designated to be part of the following

ANNEXING TERRITORY AND ASSIGNING A TEMPORARY ZONING CLASSIFICATION

The Board of Trustees of the Village of Monticello do ordain
as follows:

That the Village of Monticello does hereby annex from the Town
of Mt. Pleasant, Green County, Wisconsin the following described property,
which has a population of four (4).

That part of the NE, SE, SW and NW 1/4's of the NW 1/4
of Section 8, Town 3 North, Range 8 East, Township of Mt. Pleasant,
Green County, Wisconsin as shown as Lot #1 on the Certified Survey
Map No. 4416 as recorded in the Certified Survey Maps of Green County,
Wisconsin on December 26, 2008, Volume 18, Pages 139-140 and bounded
and further described as follows:

along the N. line of the NW 1/4 of Section 8, 1410.47'; thence
S0°32'22"W, 1284.03' to the point of beginning; thence

That the Village of Monticello hereby agrees to pay to the Town
of Mt. Pleasant, for five (5) years, an amount equal to the amount
of property taxes that the Town levied on the subject property, as
shown by the taxroll under S. 70.65 Wis. Stats. for 2008.

That this Ordinance be assigned as Chapter A400, Annexations, of the Code of the Village of Monticello.

of Section 7, Town 3 North, Range 8 East of the 4th Principal Meridian,
Mount Pleasant Township, Green County, Wisconsin, containing 1.18
acres, more or less, as shown as Lot #1 on the Certified Survey Map
No. 4948 as recorded in the Certified Survey Maps of Green County,
Wisconsin on February 25, 2016, Volume 22, Page 194 and bounded and
further described as follows:

corner being the point of beginning; thence S89°18'37"E 33.00'
to the East Right of Way of North Monroe Street; thence S00°16'47"W,
