ESTABLISHMENT
Any privately owned place of business carried on for a profit or any place of amusement or entertainment to which the public is invited.
MINOR
Any person under the age of 17 years.
PARENT
Any natural parent of a minor, a guardian of the person of a minor, or any adult person, 21 years of age or over, responsible for the care and custody of a minor.
PUBLIC PLACE
Any public street, highway, road, alley, sidewalk, park, playground, public building, shopping center or vacant lot.

1. 
It shall be unlawful for any minor to be in or upon any public place or any establishment or for any parent knowingly to permit any minor to be in or upon any public place or any establishment at any time between the hours of 10:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and 11:00 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.

The provisions of this Part shall not apply:
A. 
Where any minor is accompanied by a parent.
B. 
Where the minor is engaged in gainful lawful employment which requires his presence in the public place or establishments during said hours.

Any minor or parent who shall violate any provision of this Part, upon conviction thereof in an action brought before a magisterial district judge in the manner provided for the enforcement of summary offenses under the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure, shall be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs together with reasonable attorney fees and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 90 days. Each day that a violation of this Part continues or each section of this Part which shall be found to have been violated shall constitute a separate offense.
