The purpose of this article is to allow printed material, notices,
advertisements, pamphlets or other similar papers to be mailed with
or added to yearly tax bills or tax notifications mailed out by the
Town.
It shall be lawful to include and place with and in mailings
of yearly tax bills and/or notices sent out by the Town other printed
material, advertising, propaganda, pamphlets, or notices as are authorized
by motion of the Town Board of the Town of Milton.
This article shall become effective immediately, upon filing
in the office of the Secretary of State.
