A failure to comply with the provisions of this chapter shall constitute an infraction. Any violation of § 9-201 and/or 9-202 shall be subject to a penalty of $200. All other violations of this chapter shall be subject to a penalty of $50 for each violation. The infraction provision of this ordinance shall not apply to violations occurring within rights-of-way under the jurisdiction of the State of Maryland.
