§ 150-73 Legislative intent.

To encourage housing developments in the County, the exemption authorized by § 485-g of the Real Property Tax Law, "Infrastructure exemption," that allows for a three-year exemption for the increase in assessment due to infrastructure improvements, is hereby adopted.

§ 150-74 Effective date.

This article shall be effective immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
