The Borough of Wyoming be and hereby is divided into two sewer districts for drain sewerage purposes, as follows:
1. 
District No. 1 shall comprise that portion of the Borough of Wyoming situated in Susquehanna Avenue between Eighth and Fifth Streets; Seventh Street between Susquehanna Avenue and Dorrance Avenue and Sixth Street from its intersection with said Susquehanna Avenue to a point 200 feet therefrom.

District No. 2 shall comprise all the remainder of the Borough of Wyoming which extends from the northerly boundary thereof to the intersection of Susquehanna and Wyoming Avenues, or that portion of the Borough that will be drained by the sewer system laid down on the map prepared by the Borough Engineer and adopted by the Borough Council on May 25, 1910, and filed in the Town Hall of the Borough of Wyoming.

The Borough Council may ordain and adopt such additional numbers of sewer districts as from time to time may be required for drainage purposes and for the disposal of sewage matter.

The system of drainage ordained and adopted for the several routes and streets situate in the several sewer districts of the Borough of as provided for in § 18-101 of this Part, shall be known as the "disposal system"; and shall be for the reception and conveyance of sewage matter alone and not for the drainage of surface water; provided, however, that such provision or provisions may be made for water drainage in connection with said sewers as shall by Borough Council be deemed advantageous to the said streets and sewers.

The Council in connection with the Borough Engineer shall direct the place or places in and along said streets, lanes, alleys, courts or highways in said Borough where said sewer mains, drains or branches thereof shall be laid, and also the location of the outlets and terminal lines and shall prescribe in what manner, of what material and of what size said lines shall be constructed.

Before proceeding with the construction of said sewer or any portion thereof in any or all said districts, the Borough Engineer shall first be directed to prepare plans and specifications for said construction and report to the Council. After said plans and specifications have been approved by the Council, the Sewer Committee shall be authorized to advertise for bids and the contract shall be let to the lowest responsible bidder.

All sewers constructed according to the foregoing plans of terra cotta or concrete pipe of more than eight inches internal diameter shall be known and designated as main sewers, and all sewers constructed of terra cotta pipe of eight inches or less in internal diameter shall be known and designated as lateral sewers.
