The purpose of this chapter is to regulate subdivision and land
development within the Borough of Bath, Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
This chapter is enacted pursuant to the Pennsylvania Municipalities
Planning Code (the MPC),[1] and may be cited as the Bath Borough Subdivision and Land
Development Ordinance ("Bath SALDO").

This chapter shall apply in the following circumstances:
A.
To all subdivision and land development plans first submitted after
the effective date of this chapter.
B.
To all subdivision and land development plans, previously approved
in accordance with any law or regulation than applicable, the development
of which has not been substantially completed in accordance with the
terms of such approval within five years of such approval.
