All private roads and driveways shall be constructed to Borough standards. All private roads and driveways shall be properly graded, constructed and drained to channel, divert or retain stormwater runoff. All private roads and driveways shall be properly maintained.
A. 
Prior to performing any driveway, parking lot, or grading excavation, the developer must comply with the grading and excavation plan submission requirements of Article XVIII, or else demonstrate that the work falls within one or more of the exceptions thereto.
All private parking areas shall be constructed to Borough standards. All private parking areas shall be properly graded, constructed and drained to channel, divert or retain stormwater runoff. All private parking areas shall be properly maintained.
A. 
No occupancy permit shall be issued for any new single-family detached or semidetached residence prior to the installation of a driveway.
B. 
Driveways for single-family detached dwellings and semidetached dwellings shall not be less than 50 feet from any intersection, measured from the curbline to the center of the driveway and shall not exceed 20 feet in width at the curbline.
C. 
All other driveways shall not be less than 24 feet nor more than 30 feet in width at the curbline.
D. 
No driveway shall be less than 100 feet from an intersection if one of the streets at the intersection is a collector street.
E. 
No driveway shall be less than 150 feet from an intersection if one of the streets at the intersection is an arterial street.
F. 
No driveway servicing a nonresidential use or building shall be within 25 feet of a residential property line.
G. 
No driveway servicing common parking areas for more than 10 dwellings shall be within 20 feet of a property line or building not served by the driveway.
H. 
Driveway grades shall not exceed 7% grade within 50 feet of the intersection with an arterial street, and shall not exceed 10% grade within 50 feet of the intersection with a collector or local street.
I. 
No residential driveways shall exceed a 12% grade in any continuous 15 lineal feet.
