[Adopted 12-6-2017 by L.L. No. 6-2017]
This article is adopted pursuant to a certain resolution, findings
and order of the Village Board of the Village of Spencerport approving
the petition for annexation of certain lands within the Town of Ogden
to the Village of Spencerport, which resolution was duly adopted by
the Board of Trustees of the Village of Spencerport at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the third day of September 2014.
The lands hereinafter described were approved for annexation
to the Village of Spencerport pursuant to the aforesaid authority
and are more particularly bounded and described as follows: See Exhibit
C, attached.[1]
