The following regulations apply to the George Wolf School.
The speed limit on all roads and parking lots located upon the school property shall be 15 miles per hour which shall be clearly and visibly posted in those areas.[1]

Traffic signs designating one-way traffic, stop signs, no-parking signs, no-exit signs, entrance signs and 15 miles per hour signs may be erected upon the premises as recommended by the Bath Borough Police Department[1] and the Bath Borough Fire Department. Said signs shall be in conformance with and meet the requirements of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Traffic Code and regulations of the Department of Transportation.

A. 
Use of any motorized vehicle on the school property which is unlicensed shall be prohibited at any time. A motorized vehicle shall include, but not be limited to, motor bicycles, mopeds, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and minibikes; but this section does not include the use of bicycles.
B. 
All motor bicycles, mopeds, snowmobiles, motorcycles, and mini-bikes shall be prohibited from using the school grounds, whether licensed or unlicensed, during the hours when school is not in session.
"No Parking" signs shall be erected at the appropriate locations for the purpose of firesafety and to impede the unobstructed flow of traffic for fire vehicles. Said signs shall be established with the recommendation of the Borough of Bath Fire Department.
A. 
No person owning or having in his custody any dog shall permit the dog to go at large to the injury or annoyance of others nor shall any dog be permitted, either at large or on a leash, upon the school property. Such action is declared to be a nuisance and dangerous to the public health and safety.
B. 
Signs may be erected upon the school premises as recommended by the Bath Borough Police Department, which designate to the public, "No Dogs Allowed."
A. 
No person on the school premises shall deposit or leave any bottles, broken glass, ashes, paper, boxes, cans, dirt, rubbish, or other trash. All such trash shall be placed in the proper receptacles where these are provided; where receptacles are not so provided, all rubbish or waste shall be carried away from the school premises by the person responsible for its presence and properly disposed of elsewhere.
B. 
"No Littering" signs may be erected on the school premises as recommended by the Bath Borough Police Department.
A. 
Any person violating the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof by a Magisterial District Judge, pay a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and in case of default of payment of fine and/or costs of prosecution, shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not more than 10 days.
B. 
Any person violating the parking provisions set forth under this article is guilty of a summary offense and shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus the cost of prosecution.
C. 
Any person violating §§ 514-3, 514-6, or 514-7 of this article shall, upon conviction thereof by a Magisterial District Judge, pay a fine of not more than $600, plus costs of prosecution, and/or be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not more than 90 days.

D. 
In addition, court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the Borough in enforcement proceedings shall be assessed against violator and awarded to the Borough.
