[Adopted as Ch. 3, § 3.04, of the 1990 Code]
The office of constable in the Village of Footville shall be
abolished and discontinued. Section 61.19, Wis. Stats., wherein provision
is made for the election of a constable at the annual spring election
in odd-numbered years and § 61.29, Wis. Stats., shall be
rendered inapplicable and discontinued in the Village of Footville
upon the effective date of this article.
