A.
Any resident of the Village who owns a bicycle may file with the
Village Clerk at Village Hall his name and address and a description
of the bicycle and its serial number in order to aid in its recovery
in case of theft.
B.
The Village Clerk shall keep such information on file.
C.
In case of disposal of such bicycle, such registrant shall notify
the Village Clerk of its disposal.
