Borough of Bath, PA Article III Local Services Tax Collection

§ 590-35 Appointment as collector.

For collection of its local services tax, the Borough hereby appoints Northampton Area School District as its collector.

§ 590-36 Appointment as hearing officer.

For matters pertaining to its local services tax, the Borough hereby appoints Northampton Area School District as its Tax Hearing Officer.

§ 590-37 Regulations.

The Borough hereby adopts the Local Taxpayers' Bill of Rights Regulations (the "Regulations") as promulgated by Northampton Area School District but only to the extent lawful, and only for the taxes collected by Northampton Area School District for the Borough, a true and correct copy of which regulations are attached hereto, made a part hereof, and marked Exhibit A.[1]
