For each violation of this chapter, such licensee, person or
entity found guilty shall be subject to a fine of $600 plus costs
of prosecution. In addition, the Township Board of Commissioners shall
have the authority to revoke the license of a dealer in secondhand
property, to suspend a pawnbroker's license for 30 days and provide
written notice of such suspension to the Secretary of Banking.
