All full-time employees, except full-time employees of the Westville
Police Department, shall be entitled to the following holidays with
pay:

B.
Martin Luther King Jr. Birthday.
C.
Spring Holiday.
D.
Memorial Day.
E.
Independence Day.
F.
Labor Day.
G.
Veteran's Day.
H.
Thanksgiving Day
I.
Day after Thanksgiving.
J.
Christmas Eve Day.
K.
Christmas Day.
L.
New Year's Eve Day.
M.
Employee's individual birthday.
N.
Juneteenth.
O.
Columbus
Day.

Employees required to and who do work on any one or more of the holidays listed in § 97-53 above shall be paid time-and-one-half pay for the time worked on that holiday based upon the employee's current hourly wage or their pro-rated salary pay.
