In the event a full-time employee becomes pregnant while in
the employment of the Village, the employee shall be permitted to
remain in the employment of the Village, provided she is capable of
satisfactorily performing her assigned duties. The employee shall
be granted, if requested in writing, a maximum of six months' leave
of absence without pay unless sooner able to return to work.
