It is the policy of the Village that all employees shall be
required to retire upon attaining the age of 70 years except in those
cases where health or disability may require retirement at an earlier
age.

Provisions, Art. I)]
Any employee resigning from the Village, including but not limited
to Village employees, the Village Clerk, Mayor and/or applicable committee
chairman, shall give written notice at least two weeks prior to the
effective date of termination.
