This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Supervisors' Compensation Ordinance of Stroud Township."

1. 
Commencing on January 1, 2016, and thereafter, each Supervisor of Stroud Township, elected or appointed to office, shall receive as compensation for services as Supervisor the amount of $4,125 per year, payable in equal monthly installments.
2. 
In the event that the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by amendment to the aforesaid Section 606,[1] increases the amount of compensation which may be paid to a Supervisor, such increased amount of salary or compensation, effected by legislation duly enacted by the General Assembly, shall become effective, as to any individual Supervisor, at the beginning of the next term of office of such Supervisor, or his or her successor.

The compensation of Supervisors, when employed as Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Roadmaster, laborers, or in any employee capacity not otherwise prohibited by law, shall be determined by the Board of Auditors as heretofore, in accordance with law.
