The attached "Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement for the
Creation and Implementation of the Wyoming Valley Regional Stormwater
Management Program" (the "Agreement"), the provisions of which are
incorporated herein as if fully set forth at length, is hereby approved
by the governing body of the Municipality of Kingston and the proper
municipal officials are hereby authorized to execute such Agreement
to give it full force and legal effect.[1]
