§ 43-23 Position created; responsibilities.

The Assistant Chief Financial Officer is hereby created and established as a position in the Borough of Closter. The Assistant Chief Financial Officer shall assist the Chief Financial Officer to carry out the responsibilities set forth under N.J.S.A. 52:27BB-26 et. seq. The salary of the Assistant Chief Financial officer shall be as set forth in the salary ordinance of the Borough of Closter.
