A.
The compensation of the elected Tax Collector collecting and distributing
taxes for and to the Borough of Lemoyne for the year 1990 and for
each year thereafter until changed by ordinance shall be $3,500.
B.
Prior to payment, the Tax Collector shall file with the Borough his
or her affidavit setting forth that he or she has complied with the
provisions of the Local Tax Collection Law (72 P.S. §§ 5511.1
through 5511.42).

Members of the Council of the Borough of Lemoyne shall each
receive $100 per month commencing with January of 1998; provided,
however, said $100 shall not be paid in any month to a Council person
who has failed to attend at least one meeting of Council during the
month.
The Mayor of the Borough of Lemoyne shall receive $100 per month
commencing with January of 1998; provided, however, said $100 shall
not be paid in any month to a Mayor who has failed to attend at least
one meeting of Council during the month.
Notwithstanding the provisions of this article, no payment shall,
pursuant to this article, be made to any person if the payment violates
Article III, Section 27, of the Pennsylvania Constitution.
