The criteria set forth in this Plan are applicable to all plans,
plats, and replats of land hereafter made for all subdivisions or
any part thereof lying within the City of Greenwood; and to all improvements
made to existing City facilities. Proposals for improvements shall
be prepared as required by this Plan and reviewed by the City Engineer
or other designated officials for compliance to the plan.

The purpose and intent of this Chapter is to provide for the
proper design and installation of storm water appurtenances, reducing
the occurrences of flooding and the damages to property and danger
to residents created by it; and to enhance the harmonious development
of the City.
