Violation of any provision of this Chapter or failure to comply
with any of its requirements (including violations of conditions and
safeguards established in connection with granting any variance) shall
constitute an ordinance violation. Any person who violates this Chapter,
upon conviction, may be punished as provided by law. In addition,
such persons shall pay all costs and expenses involved in abating
the violation. Each day such violation continues shall be considered
a separate offense.

Nothing contained herein shall prevent the Village of Kingdom
City or other appropriate authority from taking such other lawful
actions as are necessary to prevent or remedy any violation, including
seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages.
