Pursuant to Connecticut General Statutes § 8-19 as
repealed and substituted by Public Act No. 06-97, the Lyme Planning
and Zoning Commission may amend the Lyme Zoning and Subdivision Regulations
as follows:
A.
The first subdivision of land by a landowner may be exempt from the
Lyme Subdivision Regulations, provided the lot created is for affordable
housing to be developed by the Town of Lyme or a nonprofit organization.
B.
Any further subdivision of such lot shall not be exempt from the
Lyme Subdivision Regulations, and any exemption under this article
shall be in addition to any other exemption authorized in Connecticut
General Statutes § 8-26 and shall not be construed as exercising
any right under any other exemption.
