A. 
It shall be unlawful, except in conformity with § 238-2, for any person to enter, wander, stand or remain on the following property owned by the Town of Lyme from 1/2 hour after sunset to sunrise of the following day:
(1) 
The swimming and park area on the north side of Macintosh Road.
(2) 
The parking area adjacent to the Town Hall and Library on the west side of Route 156.
(3) 
Hartman Park.
B. 
Except in conformity with § 238-2, no vehicles shall be parked at the areas designated in Subsection A during said period.
A. 
The provisions of § 238-1 shall not apply to the parking area adjacent to the Town Hall and Library under the following circumstances:
(1) 
To any Town employee acting within the scope of his employment.
(2) 
To any person attending:
(a) 
Any regular or special meeting of any board or commission of the Town of Lyme;
(b) 
Any activities conducted at the school buildings or grounds that are authorized by Regional School District No. 18; or
(c) 
Any other meeting authorized by the Board of Selectmen.
B. 
The Board of Selectmen shall be authorized to exempt any meeting or gathering at Moulson Park or Hartman Park from the provisions of § 238-1.

All alcoholic liquors, as defined by Connecticut General Statutes § 30-1, as amended from time to time, shall be prohibited at all times from the areas described in § 238-1.

The use of all motorized vehicles, including but not limited to four-wheel-drive vehicles, all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles and motocross-type motorcycles, shall not be permitted in Hartman Park.

Any person or owner or operator of any vehicle that violates this article shall be fined not more than $50 for each violation.
