There is hereby established the Park Committee of the Town of
Williamson, which Committee shall function in accordance with these
articles and shall constitute a standing committee of Town Government
subject to resolution or resolutions of the Town of Williamson hereinafter
adopted.
The purpose of the Park Committee shall be to provide for, and
assist the Town Board of the Town of Williamson with, planning for
the development and use of the Town Park, management, superintendence
and operation of the Town Park, and implementation of policies, projects
and programs approved by the Town Board and rules and regulations
pertaining thereto.
