All streets and alleys within the Village, except North Lake
Drive, are hereby designated Class "B" Highways and shall be subject
to the weight limitations imposed by § 348.16, Wisconsin
Stats.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle which has a gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds during the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily on any public alley in the Village unless specifically permitted by the Village or proceeding directly to or from a pick up or delivery in the alley. The operation of emergency vehicles and vehicles owned and operated by the Village or contracted by the Village shall be exempt from this § 6-32.
