Jefferson County does hereby assess a real estate levy solely
for the purpose of retaining, hiring, equipping and training law enforcement
personnel in the Jefferson County Missouri Sheriff's Department at
the rate of thirty-five cents ($0.35) on one hundred dollars ($100.00)
assessed valuation in unincorporated Jefferson County.
