Temporary moratorium on recreational marijuana retailers — See Ch. 220, Art. XVIII.
Consistent with MGL c. 94G, § 3(a)(2), “marijuana retailers,” as defined in MGL c. 94G, § 1, and the regulations promulgated thereunder, shall be prohibited within the Town of Lancaster.
