The maximum size of a shed shall be 144 square feet with no
side being larger than 12 feet and the height no higher than nine
feet. The yard area occupied by such shed shall, however, be included
in computing the maximum percentage of the lot area which may be built
upon. All sheds must be in the rear yard and must be at least two
feet from rear and side yard property lines.

Fees for building permit filing, approval and certificates of
completion shall be set from time to time by the Board of Trustees.
