Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall
be subject to the fines set forth in the Fine Schedule adopted by
the City Council.
The provisions of this chapter are severable. If any provision
of this chapter or its application to any person or circumstance is
held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity
shall not affect the other provisions or applications of this chapter
which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or application.
