Editor's Note: This bylaw was adopted as Ch. 196, but was
renumbered to maintain the organization of the Code.
Consistent with MGL c. 94G, § 3(a)(2), all types of
non-medical "marijuana establishments" as defined in MGL c. 94G, § 1,
to include marijuana cultivators, independent testing laboratories,
marijuana product manufacturers, marijuana retailers or any other
types of licensed marijuana-related businesses, shall be prohibited
within the Town of Dennis.
