A tax certification fee is established for tax information in regard
to real property matters in the Borough of Elizabethville.
2.Â
It is hereby ordained that the tax collector is authorized to charge
a fee for any tax certification requested in regard to the sale or
refinance of real property. The amount of said fee shall be established
by resolution of Borough Council.
