Township of Clinton, PA Article X Purpose and Adoption

§ 147-77 Purpose.

This chapter is necessary to promote, protect and facilitate the public health, safety, morals, general welfare, coordinated and practical community development, the provisions of adequate light and air, transportation, water, sewerage, public grounds and other public requirements, to protect natural resources, as well as to prevent overcrowding of land.

§ 147-78 Effective date.

This chapter becomes effective on November 15, 2009.
